THE LEGACY RIDE is NOT itself a Charity but rather a vehicle to
raise money for MDA. As such, THE LEGACY RIDE will not accept
any monies directly and encourages donation to MDA in our
name. Please make any checks or money orders payable to
"MDA".
THE LEGACY RIDE is a solo venture and there is NO DIRECT
PARTICIPATION SOLICITED OR IMPLIED WHATSOEVER. There are no "riders"
going with us on The Legacy Ride and you can not "join" The Legacy
Ride as a rider. If you believe in our efforts to raise money
for MDA and generate awareness for the value of volunteerism in
America, you may and are encouraged to participate in THE LEGACY
RIDE solely by donating to MDA in our name and then "virtually"
experiencing the ride with us through our website.
THE LEGACY RIDE plans to ride to Milwaukee on the open road and
may do so anecdotally along with any other enthusiasts who may
decide to take a similar route. We are not responsible for anyone
beside ourselves. Riders who ride The Ride Home along the route we
may be on concurrently, or indeed at anytime, do so at the own risk
and peril and assume their own risks and responsibilities at all
times. THE LEGACY RIDE will not be responsible for any damage to
persons or property, injury or death resulting from any activity
perceived or in actuality associated with The Ride Home or any other
activity that we may be associated with.
THE LEGACY RIDE does not represent MDA or The Harley-Davidson
Motor Company. Any logos and other trademarked or copyrighted
materials in this website are the property of their owners. For the

those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on
which pages visitors access, and gather information volunteered by
the visitor, such as on-line donation data, survey information
and/or guest book registrations.
The information we collect is used to improve
the content of our Web site, to advise visitors of new on-line
material, and to provide occasional updates about our fundraising
efforts and what's new at THE LEGACY RIDE FOR CHARITY. Information
